“We will talk about the importance of collective bargaining. Unions represent in the negotiation partners and not members, and the contribution of all strengthens the entity,” says the secretary general of Força Sindical, João Carlos Gonçalves, Juruna.
According to him, there is a possibility of non -payment of the contribution provided that the worker goes to the union. “Historically, decisions are decided at the assembly,” he says.
