O National Institute of Social Security (INSS) began to respond to retirees and pensioners who said they had not consented to Associative Discounts of entities. The answers, however, began to generate new questions about the validity of the documents presented.

A CNN He obtained access to three responses from different associations, which sent alleged agreements to the INSS.

In one of them, from retired Maria Lúcia Braga, a resident of the Federal District, there is an audio in which, supposedly, she would have accepted the discounts. The unudable recording shows the elderly woman saying “yes” and, when she starts informing the CPF, is interrupted by the attendant of the National Union of Retirees and Pensioners of Brazil (Unsbras/Unabrasil).

The retired states that the recording is manufactured and that it did not agree with the discounts. I didn’t even know what it was about. The retired son also told the report that the “yes” of audio is not the mother’s voice.

In another case, the documents sent by the Mutualist Retirees Association for Collective Benefits (Ambec) had a false audio and affiliation terms with wrong information.

The terms sent by Ambec, attributed to Varlinete Soares da Silva, bring someone else’s name: Joseliete Nogueira Nery. The CPF used, however, is the varlinete. In addition, other data is also incorrect, such as the address: the retired live in Brasilia, but the document reported that she lived in Salvador.

According to the retired, the audio presented by the association is also false, with wrong information, such as name, CPF and even the voice, which is not hers.

Varlinete reported that discounts began to be made for her benefit in October 2023, but she only discovered the problem after the Federal Police operation that revealed the scheme.

In total, R $ 45 were charged for 18 months, totaling R $ 810 discounted irregularly from the retired.

Another retiree had discounts made by the Social Support Association to retired and pensioners (AASAP) and received an answer that it had already been excluded from the registration and that the money was returned late last year. The retiree denies having received any value.

The AASAP entity did not prove, in the process sent to the INSS, that the elderly hired and agreed with the discounts.

Listen to the audios:

As has already shown the CNNIn addition to the centers responsible for mass connections, the entities have resorted to a more sophisticated tool to obtain the so -called “associative discounts” applied to INSS retirees: the robots.

The strategy combined two distinct features: the digital audible response unit, known as URA, and the robocalls ,.

From now on, retirees and pensioners can respond in “my INSS” if they agree with the response within 30 days of receipt.

In this situation, the retired or pensioner can manifest themselves through the my INSS application or in person, at a post office.

A CNN He sought the INSS for two days to find out if the agency is investigating the data pointed out as incorrect and supposedly false recordings.

The report awaits the manifestation of the entities.

Billionaire

At the end of April this year, the Federal Police and the Comptroller General of the Union.

Thirteen entities that had a contract with the INSS were automatically described. Six people were arrested in the operation. After other phases, two more investigated were arrested, had assets seized and investigations continue.
