Israeli President Isaac Herzog, said Thursday that “at the moment, we remember what is really at stake,” after the impact this morning of an Iranian missile against a hospital in southern Israel. “The Soroka Hospital, located in Beerseva, is one of the best in Israel: it serves the entire Néguev region, Israelis of all religions and our neighbors, the Palestinians, who come especially to receive treatment there,” Herzog wrote in a message in his account of the social network X. “At times like these, we remember what is really at stake and the values that we defend.” According to the Israeli emergency service Magen David Adom (MDA), the hospital plant that suffered damage was evacuated yesterday, which helped save many lives.
