Party financing: Rule at social media accounts is changed

Vienna-The participation of ministerial offices in social media accounts by government members is facilitated. According to a joint draft law of the coalition and the Greens, a corresponding use is no longer considered a donation, which means that there is no longer any penalties. The prerequisite is that the contributions are limited to government work and government communication. Party policy advertising is excluded, according to the draft law.
