It arrested her on Wednesday (18) the reserve colonel Marcelo Câmara, former advisor of () in the presidency of the Republic and defendant in the process of the coup plot.
The decision was taken by the minister of the (Supreme Military Court), after the military lawyer, Luiz Eduardo Kuntz, to send to the court between him and the lieutenant colonel about the award-winning report of the former Bolsonaro orders.

The STF minister also determined the opening of an inquiry against the lawyer and the defendant for the possible crime of obstruction of investigation. House, ICD and the lawyer should be heard by within 15 days.
Kuntz sent on Tuesday (17) to the STF photos, audios and conversation messages he says he kept with ICD from January 29 to March 13, 2024 by the Instagram app.
In the dialogue, the military allegedly tells details of his testimonials and makes out of the lack of support from his former allies.

Kuntz asked the Supreme Court that CID’s denunciation be annulled under the justification of the employee’s lack of voluntarity. The reason would be messages from the military by saying that the PF presented a version of the 2022 coup plot different from what he claimed to have.
“I was very clear there… PR [Jair Bolsonaro] It would not blow any … he was bad, “says one of the messages allegedly sent by Cid.” He wanted to find a ballot fraud … officially by the party. A lot of people were trying to help find a fraud. “
In dialogues, Kuntz asks questions to specific ICD about what he had said about Câmara to the PF. “In your agreement, you had included leaving the camera out too or didn’t he?” He asked.

Marcelo Câmara is a defendant in the Supreme Court on suspicion of monitoring the location of Moraes at the end of 2022 for a possible arrest amid the coup plot. He denies the accusations.
At another point in the dialogue released by Kuntz, the profile that would be used by Cid asks the lawyer what Chamber had told about the illegal monitoring of Moraes – scored in the conversation with the codename “teacher”.
Kuntz denied that there was parallel monitoring or use of sophisticated equipment to find out the minister’s location. He also tried to confirm with CID the information that the code name “teacher” had not been combined between the two defendants before.
“If you pull all the conversations you won’t have that,” Kuntz asked. The profile that would be used by the military replied, “There will never be anything.”
Kuntz told the STF that he was sought by Cid to talk. The two have known each other for years for practicing riding and maintained proximity relationship.
The lawyer recorded all conversations he maintained with CID in the early months of 2024 in a document called Auto de Defensive Criminal Investigation – Regulated by the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) in 2018 to obtain evidence that defends the client’s interests.
He told Sheet which instituted the procedure in September 2023 because it received fractional information about the investigation. “When ICD starts talking to me, I take advantage that I already have the investigation established and record all the conversations,” he said.
“This self is not very common, but it is totally foreseen and has nothing irregular. It is predicted, lawful, legitimate, all within the agreed,” said Kuntz on Wednesday.
The lawyer also pointed out that considered “all very atypical”. “A whistleblower looking for a lawyer to vent. I even thought I could be the target of a controlled action of him, with the Federal Police, to produce evidence against my client,” he added.
Kuntz said he had all the material ready since March 2024. He said he waited over a year to publicize him because he expected an opportune moment.
