Spending spreadsheets found by the federal deputy (-RJ) indicate that active federal police officers worked in his election campaign in 2022 while in paid license for training.
The report of the so -called “parallel” states that the three federal police officers received $ 2,000 per month during the House of Representatives campaign, in addition to pay salaries with public money by the PF.

The three servers, Felipe Arlotta Freitas, Henrique César Prado Zordan and Alexandre Ramalho Dias Ferreira, were assigned by the PF to ABIN (Brazilian Intelligence Agency) in the government (PL) when Ramagem was general director of the agency and remained in the next management, by Victor Carneiro.
The suspicion that part of the group that advised Ramagem at Abin worked for him during those already was the target of CGU (Comptroller General of the Union), but the PF located two spreadsheets with alleged campaign spending.
In the first file, called “Base Spending Estimates (Jun and Jul)”, the names of the three federal police appear with the description “Personal Payment” with expenses such as rent, condominium and cleaning in June and July.
The second spreadsheet, “spending”, was in a folder from the branch computer identified as “Campaign 2022”. The file, according to PF, confirms the payment of $ 2,000 per month per federal police, totaling $ 6,000 for each.
“The use of federal police, in diversion of their respective duties to work in an election campaign upon payment of values, is conduct with typical criminal reach,” says the report.
“It is also added the fact that the license is paid, and is therefore not compatible with the exercise of paid activity, in the light of the legal regime of federal police, which is exclusive dedication, a fact of knowledge of them and Alexandre Ramagem Rodrigues.”
Two federal police officers took paid license for training between July and September 2022; One of them came from the benefit between July and October of the same year.
One of the services provided, according to the PF, was the conduct of “survey on individuals and candidates who related” with branch.
At the home of one of the police, the PF also found the lease of a property in Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, used as a basis for the 2022 election campaign.
“Considering that there is a payment record, during the campaign, to persons with legal impediment, there is evidence that the expenses in question do not concern the spending officially stated by the campaign of the federal deputy,” says the report.
The three federal police officers were indicted by the PF, as were branch. The federal deputy criticized the operation on Tuesday (17), when the final report had not yet been made public.
“The beginning of this ‘parallel abin’ came up with a First Mile system. They found that it was my management to demand control, find out use, dismiss the responsible director and refer to the Corregedoria, with abundant documentation,” he said.
“The PF investigation fell. It was revealed only creativity addressed to the press; ABIN’s will of not having control; a PF discounting state intelligence; and, at the end, internal political feud against Lula’s administration in Abin.”
At the end of last year, the federal government dismissed for abandonment of office an ABIN officer who worked with Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans) in the Bolsonaro government and acted as security of him during the São Paulo government campaign in 2022.
The result of the inquiries opened by the CGU to investigate possible deviations of conduct of federal police linked to analogous branching has not yet been disclosed.
