The federal deputy (-RJ) was, according to, one of the main responsible for stimulating the idea of electoral fraud to attack the credibility of the electronic ballot boxes. The conclusion is in the final report of the investigation into the so -called “parallel” that would have acted in the government (PL).
“Ramage notes show that the investigated was one of the main responsible for instilling the idea of electoral fraud using the Brazilian Intelligence Agency to attack the electoral system. The primary source of information on Federal Police investigation was obtained by an intelligence request
directed to the Federal Police, “the investigators say.
The notes of the former director-general of the aforementioned refer to a document entitled “President TSE informa.docx”, whose last change was in July 2021.
On the 12th, the PF delivered the document to the Supreme with the indictment of 36 people, including branch, the councilman (PL-RJ), son of the former president, and federal delegate Luiz Fernando Corrêa, current director general of the agency.
The chapter on branch in the document has 12 pages, one of the largest among the indicted. It is the first listed in the core of the parallel structure – the previous core is the political.
The report cites several clandestine actions of which he would act, such as Jair Bolsonaro in court proceedings, attack the credibility of the electoral system and produce disinformation, the monitoring of the case of execution of Councilwoman Marielle Franco (PSOL) and the production of dossiers against members of the MPF (Federal Prosecutor).
In interrogation to the Federal Supreme Court (STF) in the case of the 2022 coup plot, in which he is a defendant, OE were never sent to no person.

The former ABIN director is accused of participating in the construction and direction of the messages that were spread by Bolsonaro in attacks on the electronic ballot boxes and democracy from July 2021.
The complaint is based on files stored by branch and seized by the investigation.
The name of Jair Bolsonaro was not in the list of defendants of the “parallel Abin”, although the document attributes to the former president evidence of criminal conduct.
The PF final report, however, includes “potentially” the accused of being behind the unlawful conduct attributed to the agency.
