Pizza soup It combines the flavors of a beloved Italian dish. It is pleasantly warming, filling and is great for lunch or a quick dinner for the whole family. The base is of course tomatoesyou can use fresh or cut from a can. To make the dish even more filling, add champignons. The taste of the dish will turn up Sharp -Salsiccia sharp sausage, classic pepperoni, and expressive Parmesan cheese. Do not forget about garlic, onions, and spices such as oregano and chili flakes.

To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 1 liter of poultry broth,
  • 500 g of acute salsiccia raw sausage,
  • 400 g of fresh or chopped tomatoes,
  • 200 ml of tomato passage,
  • 200 g Pepperoni sausage,
  • 150 g mushrooms,
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese,
  • 1 onion,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 4 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 Pepperoni pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper,
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano,
  • A pinch of chili petals.

Additionally:

  • olive oil for frying,
  • Fresh basil for decoration.

You can serve the finished soup with the addition of a baked baguette.

Heat a little olive oil in a large pot. Add sliced ​​chorizo ​​sausage and fry it for nice browning. Stir it while cooking. Pour excess fat if necessary.

Divide the peppers into thin strips, sliced ​​mushrooms, and finely chop the garlic, onion and jalapeno peppers. Add vegetables to the sausage and fry them for 3-5 minutes, until tender.

Then add pepperoni sausage cut into slices, spices, cut tomatoes, passata and broth. Mix to connect and boil. Reduce heat and cook the whole for 10-15 minutes.

Transfer the pizza soup to the bowls and sprinkle with evenly grated Parmesan cheese. You can also put it in the oven preheated to 250 degrees Celsius and bake for 1-2 minutes, to nicely dissolve and brown the cheese.

Serve the dish warm, decorated with fresh basil. Store in the fridge and use within 3 days. Sprinkle with cheese each time just before serving.
