The newly known Pope Leo 16, elected to take the lead of the Catholic Church after the death of Argentine Francis, will lead his 1st celebration of the date. According to the Vatican, Pope Leo will celebrate the Mass of the Solemnity of the Bodies and Blood of Christ at 17h (Rome Time) on Sunday (22.Jun.2025) in the Basilica of St. John of Lateran. The liturgy also includes the procession with the consecrated host, to remember the presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.
