Cyprysik is a perennial plant from a conifer -like cypress family, just like Tuja. However, there are a lot of differences between these two bushes, both visual and regarding cultivation requirements.

Starting from the former, the cypress differs from thuja in color and habit, as well as cones that are more round. It also has a more conical crown, denser branches and a lighter shade (Sometimes the scales are steel-blue, au tui dark green).

Cyprysik hates frost so well, which is why young plants should be covered with foil or jute for the winter. However, it grows faster, which allows you to enjoy a beautiful green wall that ensures privacy faster.
