One businessman was kidnapped In pigeons, in the area of Mata de Pernambuco, and taken by armed criminals in a luxury car last Wednesday (18). The victim spent hours in the hands of the gang and was only released after a persecution that ended on BR-232, in the municipality of Moreno.
The criminal group used support vehicles, large -caliber weapons and even fake Civil Police uniforms.
An employee of the victim called the Effective of the Pernambuco Military Police. Cell phone tracking led the police to the location of the victim’s car. At the address, another vehicle used by hijackers was found. With the arrival of the PM, the criminals fled.
Then a car was intercepted and one of the members was arrested. The bandits of the other vehicle abandon the victim on the banks of BR-232. The steps continued and the car was found.
The arrested suspect tried to bribe the police offering $ 50,000, drugs and weapons. He revealed the address of a property used by the gang. At the indicated place, a second member of the group was arrested.
Police seized a 9 mm submachine gun, a 12-caliber shotgun, two pistols, two revolvers, porters, abundant ammunition, two ceramic shields, vests, four counterfeit shirts and distinctive Civil Police, as well as items used to keep victims in jail, such as tape, gattoe and cell phones.
All seized material and the two suspects were taken to the Civil Police. Investigations go to identify and arrest the others involved.
