North Korea and Russia have deepened their strategic alliance with an ambitious exchange of technical and military support. The Japanese NHK chain states that Pyongyang will send thousands of citizens to Russia to receive specialized training in non -manned aerial vehicle technologies (UAV) and will help Moscow in the Dismination and recovery of Kursk’s Russian region.
