To prepare the recipe, you will need:
- ¼ of the head of red cabbage,
- 1 apple.
Dressing:
- 150 g of Greek yogurt,
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar or honey,
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Chop the red cabbage finely. Peel the apple, remove the seed nest and cut the fruit into small cubes. Move the ingredients to the salad bowl.
Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients with a uniform sauce. Pour the ingredients in the bowl with it.
Mix the whole very well.
Put the red cabbage salad in the fridge for 30 minutes or serve immediately. Store it in a cold place up to 3 days. Mix briefly before serving.
