The understanding was signed on June 13, after conciliation hearings conducted under the Supreme Court. The contractual additive provides for the reduction of the fare, the maintenance of the concession until December 31, 2037 and the closure of law actions related to the road, filed since 2016.

According to the city, the value guarantees the continuity of operation and maintenance of the yellow line.

The contract provides for the possibility of revision of the fare, which may be reduced if there is an increase in the volume of traffic or expansion of the concessionaire’s ancillary revenues, such as advertising and other sources planned.
