US Federal Court of Appeal allows Trump’s use of National Guard

San Francisco-US President Donald Trump keeps the command of the California National Guard, which he sent to Los Angeles. In their judgment, the judges in San Francisco declared “failure to give the Federal Order ‘directly’ via ‘the governor of California on Thursday (local time), his otherwise legitimate authority on the use of the National Guard does not restrict”.
