An aide who worked on the Government of Goiás accuses the state executive of being dismissed after having posted a photo alongside the former governor (PSDB).

Nara Batista worked as a commissioned advisor to the State Secretariat of Administration. She worked at Vapt Vupt, a kind of Goiás version of Poupatempo, in Pirenópolis.
She tells the panel that she was taken by surprise with her dismissal, as she never had “erroneous conduct” at work. Nara says she sought official information about her dismissal, but had no response from government members.
Given this scenario, he sought Leonora Gomes, another advisor with whom he was closer, and says he heard from her that the reason for the way out would be because she posed for photos with Perillo and published on her social networks.
In exchange for messages, which the panel had access, Leonora stated that Nara was “naive” to publish the image alongside the former governor and indicates that that was the reason for his resignation.

The meeting of Nara and Perillo took place on June 10, during the traditional party. Three days later, his dismissal was published in the Official Gazette of Goiás, signed by Caiado. Nara says she only knew about dismissal, however, on Monday (16), when she went to work.
“It’s unfair, an arbitrary issue. It was a municipal holiday, no one was working. It was a horrible imposition and it’s wrong. I couldn’t be punished by a photo, that’s a political marking,” she says.
Nara says she is not a supporter of Perillo, but knows him for being his neighbor. “We have been a farm neighbors for years. I was in office in the government of Ronaldo Caiado, in the support of Caiado. I never thought it would have a problem to take this picture,” he says.
