The Supreme Court (STF) minister authorized on Friday (20) that the Colonel, former special advisor to former President Jair Bolsonaro, receives visits from family members at the Army Police Battalion in Brasilia, where he is pre-trially arrested. The defense of the chamber, represented by lawyer Eduardo Kuntz, requested the cancellation of the Cid denunciation based on the exchange of messages. In addition, he announced that he will request the revocation of the prison.
