Sometimes the simplest desserts are the best. Tart with strawberries and crumble is the perfect sweet sweetness. It is light, fruity and extremely easy to do. Just prepare a shortbread cake (on the basis of which crumble will also be created) and velvet cream made of cream cheese. Fresh and juicy strawberries will be graced by the whole.
The effect will definitely impress – a delicate butter cake and fruit create a unique combination. Tart tastes good both cold and hot. If you like sweeter desserts, it is worth serving it with whipped cream or a portion of vanilla ice cream. You need to know that this dough disappears from the plates as soon as you make it quickly.
Ingredients:
Shortbread:
- 350 g of wheat flour,
- 250 g of butter (cold),
- 130 g of powdered sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- 5 tablespoons of almond flour,
- lemon peel.
Time:
- 400 g cream cheese,
- 2 eggs,
- Packaging of vanilla sugar,
- 500 g of strawberries.
Method of performance:
Cut the butter into pieces, add wheat flour, almond flour, powdered sugar, lemon zest and eggs. Knead the shortcrust pastry quickly. Put 1/4 of the finished dough in the fridge – it will be used as a crumble. Wrap the remaining foil and cool for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Then remove them, roll out thinly and put the bottom and sides of the standard tarted mold smeared with butter. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C until it is browned. Remove and cool.
Wash strawberries, remove peduncles and cut into smaller parts.
Mix the cream cheese with vanilla sugar and mix with eggs to a smooth mass. Spread it on a cooled down. Arrange the strawberries on the cheese layer.
Grate the rest of the shortcrust pastry on a grater or crush your fingers and sprinkle with tart on top. In addition, sprinkle with pearl sugar.
Put the tart in the oven again for about 30-40 minutes.
