Cake:
- 260 g of wheat flour,
- 120 g of butter,
- 200 g cukru,
- 4 eggs,
- 2 tablespoons of milk,
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder.
Cream layer:
- 750 ml cream of cream 36%,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- 2 teaspoons of gelatin,
- 50 ml of hot water,
- 100 g of strawberries.
Strawberry layer:
- 300 g of strawberries,
- 100 g of strawberry jam.
Prepare the cake.
In a bowl, grate the butter with sugar.
Add one egg and then milk. Mix gently, after each ingredient.
Gently add wheat flour sifted with baking powder and mix.
Pour the dough into a 20×30 cm mold lined with baking paper. Put them in the oven set to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes or to a dry stick.
Remove and cool, and then separate them into two tops.
Prepare a cream layer.
Spread the gelatin in the water and leave to swell for 15 minutes.
In a large, chilled bowl, beat the cream rigidly with the addition of vanilla extract. Heat the gelatin and slowly pour into the cream. Mix
Clean the strawberries and cut into small cubes. Add to the cream mass and mix.
Fold the dough.
Put one top of the dough into the mold. Spread half the cream cream and cover it with a second top. Apply the other half of the cream.
Spread strawberry jam at the top.
Wash the fruit and cut into smaller and larger pieces. Arrange them evenly on top of the dough.
Put the cream with strawberries in the fridge for at least 3 hours. Serve cold.
