Beans in cream sauce is an unusual and very ingenious dish that will refresh and diversify any dinner, especially grilled or fried meat. The idea for this way of serving asparagus beans is derived from Lombardyregion of northern Italy. Try her once, and this add -on will be on your table very often – whenever young, green green beans will start to appear at marketplaces, do not forget to buy a container of good quality cream.

Ingredients:
- a kilo of green beans,
- shallot,
- 150 g cream 36%,
- 50 g of butter,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper,
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg.
Additionally:
- parsley for decoration,
- Bean salt.
Method of performance:
Clean green beans and cut out the tips. Cut larger pieces in half.
Put the beans into a pot with boiling, salted water and cook it for a maximum of 5 minutes until it is al dente.
Finely chop the shallot. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the onion and fry it on low heat.
Transfer the beans to a colander and pour it with cold water. Then move it to the pan and mix well with butter and shallot. Increase the fire and cook the vegetable for a few minutes, stirring often.
Add cream in such an amount to cover the beans. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. The whole should be quite intensively bubbling. Stir from time to time until the sauce thickens.
Put the beans in a cream sauce on a plate and decorate with parsley leaves.
Serve the dish hot, immediately after preparation. Store the remains in the fridge and heat in a pan, on low heat.
