This was announced by the leader of the voice-SD and Interior Minister Matúš Šutaj Eštok on the Sunday program Politics 24 on JOJ 24. “I am very sorry about what is happening in the world, the word peace is really huge rarity, and now I’m not just talking about Ukraine, I am also talking about the Middle East. Events from yesterday to today are Extremely serious and extremely dangerous in terms of possible escalation of the worldwide conflict, ” said the Minister of the Interior.
Šutaj Eštok perceives the statements of Prime Minister Robert Fico (Smer-SD) on the neutrality of Slovakia as his personal statements. (…) We need bridges to be reconstructed, we need hospitals to be built, we need to look at our internal security. According to the head of the Interior Department, defense expenditures cannot go to the detriment of socially disadvantaged. “Neither consolidation nor increased defense expenditure at this time can go to the detriment of the social standard of people who are most at risk, they are pensioners, families, working or disadvantaged people,” he explained.
