Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu congratulated on Saturday (21) US President Donald Trump on Saturday. The action was confirmed by US authorities and recognized by the Iranian regime, who reported bombing in at least three complexes – Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan.

In a statement recorded and published in the X (former Twitter), Netanyahu stated that the American offensive “will change the story” and reinforced his alliance with President Trump, evoking the motto: “Peace Through Strength” (“Peace through Force”).

The publication was accompanied by a video with the speech of Netanyahu, who praised Trump’s “courage” in the face of what he called the existential threat represented by Iran.

Strategic Alliance and Message to Iran

The public statement marks an explicit alignment between Tel Aviv and Washington in the current phase of the conflict. Since the onset of hostilities, Israel had been pressing for a hardest US response – and direct attack on Iranian plants can be interpreted as an inflection point.

Netanyahu’s rhetoric reinforces the Israeli strategy of trying to dissuade Iran to advance its nuclear program through military intimidation.

The American attack was confirmed by Trump in official speech on Saturday night. According to the US President, the action aimed to “counteract critical capabilities of the Iranian nuclear program” and “prevent the regime from advancing the atomic bomb.”
