The US Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, proudly proclaimed, in the early hours of Sunday, a lapidary phrase: “Our boys in the bombers are on their way home.” However, according to military sources that preferred anonymity, in one of the sophisticated B-2 bombers was a woman-power.
