O mb Way It has launched a functionality that allows you to pay without resorting to the mobile phone, the internet or to the battery. The new option is called MB Way Pulse and is now available to any application user in Portugal. This solution aims to make even more practical how users make payments in everyday life.
Technology is associated with MB Way service, which already allows you to make bank card payments through the mobile phone. Now MB Way Pulse expands this functionality with autonomous physical supports.
How MB Way Pulse works
MB Way Pulse devices work with contactless technology. This means that it is enough to bring them closer to a compatible payment terminal to complete the purchase. Devices can take on different forms: bracelets, clock clips, key holders or labels.
These accessories work even when there is no internet connection or battery on the device, becoming useful in everyday situations where the mobile phone is not available.
How to purchase MB Way Pulse
The request for an MB Way Pulse device can be done directly on the MB Way application. The process includes five simple steps: access the app store, choose the favorite model and color, add to the cart, pay with MB Way and wait for delivery to the indicated address.
After receiving, it is necessary to activate the chip associated with the device. Activation involves reading a QR code, application configuration, introduction of a code sent by SMS, and chip insertion into the accessory.
Spending and Safety Control
MB Way Pulse ensures payment safety. The maximum limit for PIN payment is 150 euros, but the user will be warned whenever it is close to this amount. The total monthly purchases can go to 2,400 euros.
The application also allows you to configure the maximum use value, block the device temporarily and renew the limits whenever necessary.
