To prepare this recipe, you will need:

  • 50 ml of rapeseed oil,
  • 50 g of your favorite ketchup,
  • 50 g of brown sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon of salt,
  • 1 tablespoon of chili,
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked peppers,
  • 2 teaspoons of granulated garlic,
  • 2 teaspoons of granulated onion,
  • ¼ teaspoon of oregano.

Of course you will also need a larger one a piece of bacon good quality.

You can serve a ready dish with bread and fast salad of tomatoes, low -salt cucumbers and chives. It will also work well classic potato salad.

In a bowl, combine oil and ketchup to a homogeneous mixture. Add all spices and mix the whole until a thick consistency of the marinade.

Bacon after cleaning and drying thoroughly cover with marinade. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, then drain from the excess mixture and grill.
