The bulletin also reports that there has been no rainfall in the last 24 hours in the region, which has contributed to the gradual decrease in the spring level, which already has one of the lowest volumes of the year.
The Civil Defense continues to monitor the situation, since this period of the year is characterized by drought, which can impact both water supply in some areas and river transport in riverside communities.
In September 2024, the Acre River reached the smallest quota ever recorded in the history of Rio Branco, reaching the 1.23 meter mark. In the period in question, the Acrean capital experienced an extreme drought.
