Hamburger soup It is a nutritious and filling soup with the addition of ground beef and all the power of vegetables! Everything is connected by aromatic broth. This is an ideal proposition for an easy dinner for the whole family that everyone in your home will love. The soup is pleasantly warming up, works as a full -fledged, main meal after a hard day’s work. Its big advantage is also the time of getting ready – just less than an hour to enjoy this unique taste.
- 1.5 liters of beef broth,
- 500 g of ground beef,
- 400 g of canned tomatoes,
- 200 ml of tomato passage,
- 100 g of the cannon corn,
- 100 g of green green beans,
- 2 celery stalks,
- 2 carrots,
- 1 potato,
- 1 onion,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil,
- ½ teaspoon salt,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper,
- ½ teaspoon oregano,
- ½ teaspoon of basil.
Additionally:
- parsley to sprinkle.
Cut the onions, carrots and celery into cubes.
Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add chopped vegetables to the pot and fry them for 5-6 minutes until tender.
Add ground beef, then season with salt and pepper. Fry, crushing all the time until the meat brown. Add finely chopped garlic and fry the whole for another 30 seconds.
Add canned tomatoes, passata, diced potatoes, oregano and basil. Bring the soup to a boil.
Cook the whole for 25-30 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Season to taste as desired.
Add corn and beans drained from the pickle. Heat for another 5 minutes.
Serve the hamburger soup hot, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
