Thanks to this, it will be a favorite dinner of your whole family, which you will prepare in just 15 minutes, without too much burden after a hard day’s work.
To prepare this recipe, you will need:
- 1 kg of chicken breast,
- 300 ml cream cream 36 percent,
- 150 ml of poultry broth,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 4 tablespoons of butter,
- 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary,
- 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil,
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper,
- Psyping dill.
You can serve the finished chicken in cream sauce potato purée and vegetables from water, for example with green beans or broccoli roses. It will also be great here cooked here pasta, rice or porridge. It all depends on your preferences.
Clean and dry chicken breasts. Cross -section of each of them in half to get flat cutlets.
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan. Put the chicken on hot fat and fry it for 4 minutes, without moving the meat or pan. Then turn over and fry another 4 minutes. Put the finished cutlets on a plate.
Heat the butter in the same pan and add finely chopped garlic. Scraping all leftovers after frying meat.
Add cream, broth, black pepper and finely chopped rosemary. Mix the whole until a uniform sauce.
Boil the sauce on low heat and heat it for about 5 minutes. Put the chicken back in the pan and pour it with sauce. Heat the whole for a minute. The whole dill.
