Russia launched an air strike at dawn on Monday, 23, against Kiev. Four people died in the capital of Ukraine and a fifth victim was confirmed in Bila Tserkva, which is around the city. Emergency services also accounted for 18 injured in the region.
Drones and missiles have reached residential areas, hospitals and sports centers in various Kiev districts. Rescue teams try to locate survivors in the rubble of a residential apartment that was hit by bombing in Shevchenkivskyi district.
