“Our morale is on the rise,” says Iran
The Iranian government wants the United States to “pay directly by war, instead of being behind Israel and continuing their project without having to pay the costs,” a CNN told CNN a high Iranian employee.
“Moral is on the rise and the immense requirement of the Iranian people of attacking Israel has no precedents,” the employee told CNN, adding that the Iranian public appeals to attack Israel are “an element to intensify Iran’s battle plans.”
The employee told CNN that Iran believes that appeals to a temporary pause in the war is a “mistake to evaluate Iran’s preparation to continue the war.”
He added that Iran estimated that the war could last up to two years and was prepared for it.
The decision of US President Donald Trump of ordering attacks on three Iranian nuclear facilities on Sunday caused a wave of anti -American feeling in Iran, with many appealing to retaliation.
