The right -wing extremist magazine Compact can continue to appear. The German Federal Administrative Court opened the ban that the then German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (SPD) had issued in 2024. The federal judges thus confirmed their decision from the urgent procedure. In August 2024 they had temporarily suspended the ban, so that the tide could continue to appear for the time being. Now the responsible 6th Senate has made a final decision in the main proceedings.
