The liver can dry and bitter quickly during thermal preparation. The key to successful grilling is the use of marinade and fast barbecue on direct heat. Thanks to the marinade, the liver does not dry and quickly grill will not burn and remain fragile. The liver will be even more fragile and softer. Choose to taste.

How to prepare them? Try a favorite combination of lemon, garlic, olive oil and rosemary. Allow the liver to marinate at least 30 minutes to an hour in the mixture.

The combination with Teriyaki sauce is also popular. You can buy it ready or prepare from soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic and sesame oil. Asian origin does not deny, but today is popular all over the world.

If you like novel combinations of spicy spices, reach for chili, garlic, paprika, ground cumin, pepper and a little red vinegar. Simply and simply, don’t be afraid to experiment. The liver can be all sorts of ways.

When slicing, you have to decide whether you want to grill medium slices of the liver or rather put them on skewers. Then complement the food with onion, pepper or pieces of bacon. But be aware that the vegetables will remain more crisp and juicy. The skewers will be grilled very short, and only about 3 to 4 minutes from each side. Therefore, the vegetables will not change quite and will, let’s say, try. On the other hand, it does not suit everyone, so the liver is made separately and the vegetables are prepared for example for a grill bowl.

Do not prepare them for more than 10 minutes. On the cut, the liver should be gently pink, but not bloody. It should not be stiff or burned. This prepared is suitable for almost any attachment. They are also excellently complemented by homemade baked bread or heated pita. In summer there should be no salad, baked potatoes or even various dips.
