Iran’s Foreign Minister Sayed Abbas Araghchi, this Monday (23.Jun.2025) There is no ceasefire agreement with Israel. The statement came after US President Donald Trump (Republican), the end of the conflict between the 2 countries.
“As Iran has repeatedly made it clear: Israel launched the war against Iran, not the other way around. To date, there is no ‘agreement’ about any ceasefire or cessation of military operations ”wrote the minister in publication in X.
Araye said Iran would commit to a ceasefire if Israel interrupted the attacks until 4 am (in Tehran). However, when the minister’s message was published on his X profile, it was over 4am in the Iranian capital.
“We have no intention of continuing our response after that. The final decision on the cessation of our military operations will be taken later”he said.
Minutes after the 1st publication, Araye retreated and said the Iranian attacks against Israel ended at 4am (in Tehran) and thanked the country’s armed forces.
Trump had said that the pause in attacks between the 2 countries would start in 6 hours (1h in Brasilia and 7:30 am in Tehran), when both countries complete their final missions ongoing, and last 12 hours. After the deadlinethe Republican He said he hoped the conflict would definitely waive.
