There is no better combination than sweet beets and slightly acid sauerkraut. The salad of these vegetables has an extremely expressive taste and is crunchy. Sister Anastazja complements it with garlic giving character, onions turning up the focus and chives bringing a light, spring accent. You also can’t forget about spices.
What ingredients do we need to make beetroot and sauerkraut salad? Here is the list:
- 1/2 sauerkraut;
- 3 beets;
- 2 onions;
- 1/2 bunch of chives;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon of cumin;
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar;
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
To make a salad of sister Anastasia, at the beginning in the skin until tender. It usually lasts 40-50 minutes. Grate them on a thick grater.
