United States President Donald Trump said on Tuesday that both Israel and Iran violated the ceasefire agreement announced by him on Monday night (23).
The statement was made to reporters before the president’s departure to the NATO summit in The Hague.
He told reporters that he was “not happy” with either side for violating the truce, particularly with Israel, who said he “gave up” shortly after agreeing with her.
Trump also established that the two countries “fight so much and so hard that they don’t know what they are doing.”
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said he ordered the military to carry out new attacks on targets in Tehran in response to what he called Iranian missiles fired on a “flagrant violation” of ceasefire.
Iran refused to have launched any missile and said the Israeli attacks continued for an hour and a half beyond the scheduled time for ceasefire.
In both countries, in the Middle East and around the world, there was a sense of relief by a way to get out of the conflict, 12 days after Israel launched a surprise attack and two days after the United States joined him.

Trump warned Israel not to release more bombs against Iran, as this would be a violation of the ceasefire that he is trying to negotiate between the two countries.
“Israel. Don’t throw these bombs. If you do that, it will be a serious violation. Bring your riders home now!” Wrote the president in a publication on his social networks shortly after leaving the White House.
