Intelis, an association that represents the servers of (Brazilian Intelligence Agency), decided on Tuesday (24) to call the court to ask, Luiz Fernando Corrêa ,.
The vote began on Monday (27) and was closed on Tuesday. During the assembly, intelligence officers also approved of strike.
In a note sent to the members, the Inteli management said that the strike indicative and the impetus of public civil action were approved with “wide participation” and “expressive majority” in a decision considered historical.
“The associates chose to stop the general degradation of ABIN and clearly expressed their willingness and defense of our institution,” Intelis said in the statement released internally.
Corrêa was indicted in the, which reportedly acted in the Bolsonaro (PL) government, for embarrassment to the investigation, prevarication and coercion in the course of the process. Neither he nor Abin manifested themselves about the report and the indictment.
Among other points, the PF states that Corrêa made investigations difficult on the alleged illicit committed during previous management, today federal deputy Alexandre Ramagem (PL-RJ) and his successor, Victor Carneiro.
The PF delegate Luiz Carlos Nóbrega Nelson, and the agency’s general corregedor, were also indicted by the Federal Police.
