Two weeks of the legislature, state deputy Carlão Pignatari () graduated from the Legislative Assembly of (Alesp) to watch the Games of the Club World Cup in June.
He filed a license request to deal with private interests on 17, 18, 23, 24 and 25 – including the Corpus Christi holiday in the middle. In this modality, the license is not paid. To the panel, his staff said that the deputy traveled with his family and is entitled to take off the time off.
“The deputy traveled with the family, licensing based on the permissive of article 84, item III, of the ALESP Internal Regulations, which ensures every parliamentary the right to license to deal with private interests,” says the note sent to the report.
Carlão in person accompanied two of Palmeiras’ three games in the first phase of the World Cup, played in the US: victory, on the 19th, in New Jersey, and 2-2, on Monday (23) in Miami. Accompanied by the family, the deputy made several records of the fans on Instagram.
“Too much anxiety! Time is going slowly, tension is increasing. What a happiness to be on your side, my dear ones,” the deputy wrote in a photo next to his son and grandson in front of the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami before Monday’s departure.
Former President of the Assembly, he is part of the Government base (Republicans). The deputy asked for a license amid voting on important projects such as overcoming, and both expected to be appreciated this week.
