Already classified to the round of 16 of the World Cup and with the first place of Group D assured, Flamengo spared some of its main players on Tuesday (24) and only tied 1-1 with Los Angeles FC, in a confrontation valid for the last round of the group stage.
Even without its maximum strength – the technician Filipe Luis made seven modifications regarding the lineup that he beat Chelsea 3-1 – the Brazilian team had the domain of the match and hit the post on four occasions. It was the American team, however, who opened the scoring with Bouanga, 39 minutes into the final stage. Two minutes later, Wallace Yan left everything the same.

With Flamengo’s draw against the American team, only two teams still have a chance to finish the group phase with 100% success: Juventus and Manchester City, which are in Group G and will face each other in the last round of the key, on Thursday (26), at 16h (Brasília).
