Success for US unions: Richter stopped Trump’s decree on wage negotiations

Washington – unions are allowed to close wage negotiations for hundreds of thousands of federal employees in 21 authorities. District judge James Donato in San Francisco joined the arguments of the American Federation of Government Employees on Tuesday (local time), according to which a implementation regulation of President Donald Trump on March 27 was probably unlawful. It frees many federal authorities from the obligation to negotiate with the unions.
