The weekend is fast approaching. So it’s worth planning a dessert for afternoon, Sunday coffee. Guests will be delighted with a fluffy, damp dough with blueberries and crumble. Interestingly, baking grows beautifully, even though we don’t use yeast. Check a simple recipe.
In this recipe for a fluffy blueberry cake, everything should be done quicklyjust like when preparing a muffin. So mix the ingredients only to combine them. Use a spoon or fork, while the mixer is unnecessary.
By rail, an important rule is to remove products from the fridge in advance. Just do it an hour before preparing the dessert. Eggs and cream must have room temperature. Otherwise, Zakaliec will come out.
Finally, the most pleasant part, i.e. laying on the cake and covering it with crumble. It is worth sprinkling with powdered sugar.
Cake ingredients:
- 4 eggs;
- 3 cups of wheat flour;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 3/4 cup of cream;
- 3/4 cup of oil;
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder;
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
Ingredients for crumble:
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour;
- 2 tablespoons of cold butter;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar.

First, make a crumble: a smooth cake made of flour, butter and sugar. Then wrap them with foil and put in the fridge.
Prepare the dough in the next step. To this end, for starters, pour dry ingredients into a bowl, i.e. sifted flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Mix them with a spoon, then add the cream, oil and stick the eggs. Mix everything again to combine all products.
Pour the prepared mass into the mold previously lined with baking paper. Align the top and put the berries. Then sprinkle the fruit with crumble, rubbing it in your fingers.
Berry cake bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes, to a dry stick.
