Jeff Bezos is trying to use tense relationships between Trump and Musk to strengthen Blue Origin positions and get government orders.

Jeff Bezos, founder and owner of Blue Origin, can take advantage of the rupture in relationships between US President Donald Trump and technology billionaire Elon Musko to strengthen his positions and get new government orders, wrote on Thursday Wall Street Journal (WSJ). TASR informs this based on the TASS report.

According to Bezos’s daily sources, he spoke with Trump at least twice in June and Blue Origin CEO Dave Limp met with the head of the White House office Susie Wiles. In these interviews, among other things, the question of the award of new governmental -free company orders and the possibility of organizing a pilot mission per month before the end of the Trump’s term of office was reported. According to WSJ, Bezos has been trying to impress Trump in recent months. He also invited him to his wedding, which will take place on Saturday (28. 6.) in Venice, but the President’s work program will not allow him to participate in this event.

Musk, who is the richest person in the world, was led by the end of May by the State Administration Efficiency Office (Doga) and was one of Trump’s closest collaborators. According to WSJ, their relations began to deteriorate for several reasons, including those related to Musk’s business interests. After leaving the billionaire from the civil service, both men on social networks exchanged a series of offensive statements. Musk then said he regrets his sharp statements to Trump.

Bezosov Blue Origin is the main competitor of Musk’s SpaceX, although it lags behind it. Musk’s space company has become the dominant supplier of rockets for the US government over the past ten years. The US Department of Defense also relies on its satellite military survey technology. SPACEX, Blue Origin and United Launch Alliance (ULA) only received contracts for dismissal missiles for US space forces totaling $ 13.5 billion (EUR 11.64 billion) by 2029.
