Πώς η τύχη των πυρηνικών του Ιράν διχάζει ΕΕ και ΗΠΑ

The government appears to be faithful to the logic of business logic with international politics, as the CNN’s revealing report, even before the US president, imposes a truce between and his special envoy Steve Witkov had prepared a proposal for his proposal.

American plan for nuclear program without enrichment

According to CNN’s relevant report, which comes amid statements on a possible meeting and agreement on the US and Iran (but Iranian side), the Trump government has discussed the possibility of “helping” Iran with a “$ 30 billion” program. The Witten proposal also includes loosening of sanctions and release of billions of dollars from frozen Iranian funds.

As CNN reports, citing sources, both from the US and the Middle East have been back -to -back in this context, even amidst the wounds in Iran and Israel. The discussions continued this week after reaching a ceasefire agreement.

Trump government officials stressed that various proposals have been made. They are preliminary and evolve with a steadily non -negotiable term: zero uranium enrichment by Iran. The Iranian side, however, argues that enrichment is necessary. That is why the US apparently in at least one of the drafts of the proposal give significant incentives to Iran.

Motivations, investment and Arab mediators

According to CNN, some of the motives and terms were formed into a secret, long -running meeting between US special envoy Steve Whitkov and representative Gulf countries at the White House, which took place the day before the US military blows against Iran.

Among the terms discussed are investments of $ 20-30 billion in a new Iranian nuclear program that will not require uranium enrichment, which will be used exclusively for the production of nuclear power. According to officials with the knowledge of discussions, money will not come directly from the US, but from their Arab partners. Investments in Iran’s nuclear power facilities have been discussed in previous rounds of nuclear talks in recent months.

The US has made it clear that Iran may have a nuclear program for peaceful political purposes, but that it cannot enrich uranium for this program. Instead, the US has suggested that Iran could introduce the enriched celestial. Wiktov likened the possible program to the United Arab Emirates.

“Now the issue and the debate with Iran will be, how to rebuild a better political nuclear program for you that will not be based on enrichment,” he told CNBC.

American proposal has already been discussed

According to the relevant reports, the proposals discussed at the secret meeting under Witkov have been the subject of continuous discussions between the US and Iran through intermediaries – mainly Qatar – in recent days. Qatar also played a key role in mediation for the fragile ceasefire between Israel and Iran earlier this week and will work very closely with the US to ensure that hostilities between them will not be repeated.

Its uncertain future and the weaknesses

If and if there are really talks with Iran next week, as Trump has implied from the NATO Summit, other developments in the Middle East are likely to be launched.

The weak points of the proposal as presented by CNN, are that Iran will be extremely difficult to “invest” from the Arab states or the US, while this move is in a mathematical precision in a “conflict” with Russian interests in Iran.

Moscow already during the Israel -Iran hostilities had warned of the dramatic consequences that a blow could have a blow to Buser’s nuclear power plant, where Russian experts work.
