The licensed deputy (PL-SP) recorded a video on Thursday inviting supporters to participate in an event with former President Jair Bolsonaro (PL) and allies in Paulista. The event is scheduled for Sunday (29) at 2 pm. With social networks suspended by determination of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), the parliamentarian fired the video to republishing deputies.
“Hello, guys, all right? Carla Zambelli here, deputy from the state of Sao Paulo, exile politics in Italy. I wanted to ask each of you to represent me on June 29th. You who voted for me, those who have voted for our base, please do not give up. Don’t give up for all those who are in prison, exiled and who need your help now. Now I tell you: ‘You represent me.’ And please attend in Paulista, on the 29th, at 12 noon in the afternoon. Brazil needs all of you now. Said Zambelli.
Zambelli was sentenced to ten years in prison by the Supreme Court after invading the National Council of Justice (CNJ) system. After the conviction, Zambelli passed Argentina, the United States and is now exiled in Italy. Sources of the Federal Police indicate that the fugitive parliamentarian may be arrested soon. In July, the Constitution and Justice Commission shall analyze the request for the revocation of the Bolsonarist Deputy.
