You don’t know What dough to make for the weekend? Bet on Cold cheesecake with strawberry glaze. This classic dessert has been varied with a refreshing, fruity top, and all flavors blend in perfectly. To prepare the mass, use cream cheese, cream and sour cream. You can get an ideal consistency by adding gelatin. The bottom does not require baking, and what is more, you will make only two ingredients. Strawberry topping is also very easy to prepare, just combine strawberries with potato flour, sugar and lemon juice. Prepare this cake on Friday evening and put it in the fridge overnight, thanks to which you will welcome the weekend with an insane dessert.
Before you start baking, get the right sheet. The best will be A cake tin with a diameter of 22 cm.
Ingredients for the bottom:
- 200 g of biscuits,
- 100 g of butter.
Ingredients for cheesecake mass:
- 7 g gelatin,
- 2 tablespoons of water,
- 450 g cream cheese,
- 400 g of cream cream 36 percent,
- 130 g cukru,
- 80 g sour cream 18 percent,
- 4 teaspoons of lemon juice,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Couaring ingredients:
- 200 g of strawberries,
- 60 g cukru,
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
- 1.5 teaspoons of potato flour.
Prepare the bottom. Melt the butter and cool. Crumble biscuits with a kitchen robot. Add butter, mix everything to a homogeneous mass. Put the cake tin with baking paper. Pull the bottom of the baking tray with the mass and press them well with your hand or glass.
Prepare the cheese mass. Mix the gelatin with water and set aside for 10 minutes, then heat. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese until a smooth mass is obtained. Add cream and sugar, then mix well. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract.
Mix a tablespoon of cheese mass with gelatin, and then pour the whole back to the bowl. Beat the cream stiff in a separate bowl. Add it to the cheese mass and mix well. Transfer the mass to the cold bottom, even out and put in the fridge for 4-6 hours.
Prepare strawberry glaze. Cut the strawberries into small cubes and put them in a pot together with sugar, lemon juice and potato flour. Heat the whole on medium heat until it begins to boil. Continue cooking, stirring constantly until the whole begins to thicken.
Wipe the mass through a strainer and pour into a bowl. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour. Remove the cheesecake from the mold and pour it with prepared strawberry sauce. Serve the cold cheesecake with strawberry glaze.
