According to weather forecasts, hell will come to Poland. And of course, the one who has air conditioning in an apartment or office will not worry about high temperatures. However, for those who are not able to take shelter from unbearably high temperatures, which are most burdensome at night, should read the ways to cool the body. As I mentioned, it is the most difficult for us to survive high temperatures at night. We can’t sleep because of them, our body sweats and we even feel pushed. How to deal with this? Egyptians have a brilliant way to heat at night, at whose temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius are like everyday bread. The Egyptians always do it before bedtime, and when they go to bed they immediately feel relief and sleep without any problems.
How to cool down on a hot night? A way to cool the body
The Egyptian way to heat at night can help us fall asleep and sleep peacefully all night. First of all, in hot nights, it’s best to give up the quilts or blanket at all and sleep only under a thin sheet. However, if the heat still takes its toll, it is worth moistening the sheet with water and wrap the body with it. Thanks to this, we cool overheated skin and it will be easier for us to fall asleep in a sense of comfort.
How to survive the heat? Important rules to feel good
During tropical heat, remember about these few rules:
- Drink at least 3 liters of water a day, because proper hydration is the basis for the body to deal with high temperatures.
- A great trick is to keep creams and body lotions in the fridge. A chilled cosmetic applied to the body after bathing will bring relief.
- Consume light meals. Avoiding heavy, greasy meals before bedtime because they can increase body temperature.
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol because they can cause dehydration and hinder falling asleep.
- Ventilation of the house at colder times of the day, e.g. early in the morning or late in the evening.
