XP Inc. announced on Friday (27) that will be the new official investor of Rio Open from 2026. The company’s entry into the largest tennis tournament in South America marks a new chapter in the company’s strategy to expand its performance in sport, consolidating its presence in the tennis universe with a long -term contract.

Since 2024 sponsor of the young tennis player, XP will now become a host of the only ATP 500 tournament in Latin America. The initiative reinforces the brand’s commitment to the development of sports in Brazil and the promotion of national talents in the international scenario.

“Our big dream is to put Brazil among the great stages of world tennis. More than investing in sport, we want to celebrate the pride of being Brazilian and give international visibility to talents such as João Fonseca and so many other tennis players in the country,” said Guilherme Benchimol, founder and chairman of the board of management of XP Inc.
