More than half of LGBTQIAPN+ has already suffered or witnessed discrimination at work

The study also shows that 44% of respondents consider the real incentives to include, and 41% do not notice any specific initiative aimed at hiring people in the community. When they exist, these actions focus on internal training and policies, cited by half of respondents.
