The government (Republicans) has complained of “confusing signs” given by the government (PT) in relation to the center of the state capital, and points to the risk that already uninhabited houses are again occupied.

Complaints are part of the cable of war locked by the two management in the midst of the housing agreement for families living in the favela. In April, the Tarcisio government began a resettlement process at the site to build a park.

One day after the president visited the favela on Thursday (26), and announced that residents of the region will be contemplated with new properties when they leave the site, the Ministry of Management and Innovation published a decree explaining that it will only give the Union land to the state government if the already unoccupied houses are not demolished.

Among the state government, the counterpart was seen as a risk. In position, the Secretariat of Urban Development and Housing states that “the maintenance of empty structures of houses is very foolhardy by the imminent risk of reinvasion, which would be a disastrous setback throughout the process.”

At the concierge, the ministry states that the demolition of unoccupied properties can impact the structure of neighboring houses. In the state, the perception is that the federal government has hindered the process and inflamed families against Tarcisio management, which aims to build a park in the region.

Members of the state government reported to the column that, earlier this week, the Union’s Heritage Secretariat in Brasilia would have charged a schedule with the start and end of the park construction by telephone.

“Obviously, to obtain this level of detail it is essential to do soil, topography studies. It is also fundamental to the demolition of houses to, both enable these studies and, then, enable construction work,” alleges the urban development portfolio in a note.

The text also states that “the president and his minions did not show the same haste” and that Lula and the Minister of Management, “inflamed those present.” Internally, state government officials have alleged threats to lack of security in favela visits. Residents, on the other hand, complained of conflicts with the police during the resettlement plan.

On the afternoon of this Thursday, the governor took a hurry to Lagoinha, more than 200 km from the capital, to. The petista announced to serve families living there and who will have new properties 100% subsidized by the government.

To give the land to the state government, the Lula government has made a series of counterparts, including not demolishing already unoccupied houses. According to the Tarcisio government, more than 300 of the 900 families living in the favela have already left the site.
