The senator (PL-RJ) criticized the Supreme Court (Supreme Court) this Sunday (29.Jun.2025), in an interview before the pro-ninety act at av. Paulista. He stated that the Supreme acts in “collusion” and is led by Minister Alexandre de Moraes towards a “black hole”.
The remedy against this, according to the senator, would be “one Stronger congress“.
Flávio argued that those involved in the acts of 8 January are acquitted or, at most, punished for depredation of public assets in special courts. For him, court decisions configure “Legal Bizarrees“.
