Dying raspberry shoots. How to recognize the disease?

High humidity, lack of ventilation and access to sunlight, as well as high temperature are conducive to the development of fungal diseases. Among other things, it is regular removal of rotten leaves, as well as old fruits that fell to the ground. It is also pruning shrubs so that they have better access to sunlight and do not get too thick.

It happens, however, that other mushrooms such as Leptospharyia Coniothyrium, Botrytis Cinerea and Elsinoe Veneta are the reason for dying raspberry shoots.

- tissue within stains becomes silver and very thin,
- Black points appear, which can be fungal spores,
- The plant’s development is completely stopped and even its death.

Not only will they protect the plant, but also help to deal with the disease. Gardeners for dying raspberries recommend garlic -based spraying. It is known that garlic is a natural antibiotic that can support the fight against the disease. It will work antiseptic and antifungal. In addition, garlic will help improve the plant’s resistance to the future. To prepare natural spraying for dying raspberries, you need to crush a dozen or so cloves of garlic, and then pour 5 liters of water. The whole should be set aside for a few hours, preferably for the whole night. Then dilute the prepared solution with water in a 1: 1 ratio and spray infected raspberries thoroughly.
